Booked meets – terms and cancellations
Bookings
Bookings are made by completing the booking form
Booking forms are usually released up to one month before the meet, although this may vary
Please keep an eye on the website and Facebook group for announcements when bookings open
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received
If payment is not received within 3 days, the booking may be cancelled
If a meet becomes fully booked, a reserve list will be kept and members will be contacted in turn if places become available
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the start of the meet will receive a refund, minus a £5 administration fee
Within 14 days of the meet, refunds will only be given if the pitch can be reallocated, minus a £5 administration fee
