Booked meets – terms and cancellations

Bookings

  • Bookings are made by completing the booking form

  • Booking forms are usually released up to one month before the meet, although this may vary

  • Please keep an eye on the website and Facebook group for announcements when bookings open

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received

  • If payment is not received within 3 days, the booking may be cancelled

  • If a meet becomes fully booked, a reserve list will be kept and members will be contacted in turn if places become available

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations made up to 14 days before the start of the meet will receive a refund, minus a £5 administration fee

  • Within 14 days of the meet, refunds will only be given if the pitch can be reallocated, minus a £5 administration fee
