There is just so much to see and do both in the park and in the surrounding areas.
The Country Park is made up of some 500 acres of parkland, huge open areas of grassland and dense forested areas packed full with paths and tracks leading to hidden gems.
Its southern edge is bordered by the 8-mile-long Cefn Sidan beach, golden sand as far as the eye can see. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards during the summer months.
Away from the beach but still within the park, you’ll find a dry ski slope with a hire shop and a spectacular toboggan run, pitch and putt golf, mini golf, cycle hire, laser tag, adventure playground, and the list goes on. Then to relax, there are cafes, restaurants, and coffee shops.
We will be camping on the main site for the Christmas Light Trail.
No need to book, just turn up, introduce yourself to the steward, and enjoy.

From the east
Exit the M4 at junction 48 and follow the A4138 towards Llanelli
then on towards Bury Port
then follow the brown signs for Pembrey Country Park
Once in the park, follow the SWDA signs

From Carmarthen, follow the A484 towards Kidwelly
then follow the brown signs to Pembrey Country Park
